Our educators are the foundation of academic life and culture in the Sage Hill community. Therefore, we must attract and retain educators of uncommon excellence. Due to the national teacher shortage and the high cost of living in Orange County, we will prioritize recruiting, recognizing and retaining exceptional faculty. We must provide opportunities for employee wellness and growth, and offer compelling compensation and benefits to sustain an environment where a diverse community of educators will thrive.
